Welcome to Consilium Tendering, the Council of the European Union tendering platform. This section explains how you can participate in our Calls. "Call" is a generic term covering Calls for tenders (contract notices in the Official Journal) and Calls for expressions of interest for the award of supplies, service and works contracts.

Welcome to the Council of the European Union tendering platform. This platform enables you to:
  • Access information about ongoing Calls from the General Secretariat of the Council of the EU (section Calls). "Call" is a generic name covering Calls for tenders (contract notices in the Official Journal) and Calls for expressions of interest for the award of supplies, service and works contracts.(more information)(All published Calls)
  • Download forms which must be included in your tender or request to participate (Forms and Templates)
  • Find answers to frequently asked questions on the public procurement process (FAQ)
Register as a user to (more information):
  • Ask questions about individual Calls and access our answers. (more information)
  • Subscribe to Call updates. You will be notified when we update information on the Call you are interested in. (more information)
  • Subscribe to new Call notifications. You will be notified when we publish a new Call in your area of interest. (more information)
  • Register for a Call. This step is necessary if you wish to participate in a Call and receive online access to restricted information related to it. If you do not register for a Call you will continue to receive Call-related private messages and restricted Call information (where applicable) on paper by registered mail. (more information)
  • Submit your tender or request to participate for a Call online in an easy, fast and secure way. To have access to electronic submission, you must first register for a Call. If you do not register for a Call, you will only be able to submit your tender or request to participate on paper. (more information)
How to use this platform :

You can perform all above mentioned actions from the Actions menu on the right of each page. Most of the actions are related to specific Calls. If you select a Call, the action you perform will automatically be related to the Call selected. If you are on a general, non-Call-related page, you will be prompted to select a Call for all Call-related actions. Please note that you must login first.

Consult the My Information menu on the right of each page to view the status of all actions you perform as a registered user:

  • My Calls lists all Calls to which you subscribe yourself or in which you are invited to participate. (more information)
  • My Questions / messages lists all the questions you send us through this platform, our replies and the messages we send to you.
  • My Notifications lists your subscription to Call updates and new Call notifications.
  • My User Info displays your user account data. This is the data you enter during user registration.
  • My Company Info displays the data you enter during Call registration.
  • My Requests displays your Call registration requests submitted through this platform. Thus, it becomes available only when you register for at least one Call.
